Workshops & Masterclasses
Polyamory knowledge and practice, applied to your context
What We Offer
Polyamory teaches skills that reach far beyond non-monogamous relationships: consent, honest communication, moving from scarcity and comparison towards abundance, and building kinship and collective care. PolyStation designs and delivers bespoke workshops and masterclasses that bring this knowledge and these practices to other contexts, from workplaces and organisations to festivals, conferences and community groups.
Every session is created for its audience and shaped around your theme, your people and your goals. All workshops are designed and delivered by our facilitators, Angel Perez and Sion Jones. Angel is our founder, an ontological and relational coach and inclusion specialist, drawing on lived experience of polyamory and years in accessibility and inclusion; you can find out more about him on his website, angelperez.co.uk.
Who We Work With
Organisations & Workplaces

Communities & Groups
Facilitated conversations and practical sessions for community groups, meet-ups and collectives, from queer co-parenting networks to polyamory socials and support groups.
Our Sessions
Flagship Keynote: Reimagining Relationships
Our flagship session, available as a keynote or an interactive workshop. What would love, care and commitment look like if we stopped following default scripts and started designing our relationships around our values? Reimagining Relationships invites audiences to question the assumptions behind the couple-centred, nuclear model and to explore what polyamory, chosen family and collective care can teach any of us about relating better, whatever our relationship style.
Main Workshop: The Relational Compass: Value-based Polyamory
How do our values shape the way we love and relate? This session explores how to anchor ethical non-monogamous relationships in clearly articulated values rather than in fear, rules, comparison or reaction. Together, we map personal and collective values and experiment with reframing what really matters and how it can help us create better relationships.
Session Topics
Every booking is bespoke, built around your theme and your people. Our work centres on these areas:
- Value-based relationships
- Chosen family and family as practice
- Platonic co-parenting
- Making community
- Introduction to ethical non-monogamy
- Bespoke workshops tailored to the topics of your festival or conference
Format & Delivery
Sessions run as 90-minute masterclasses or 3-hour workshops, online (worldwide) or in person (London-based, UK-wide by arrangement). Every format blends input, reflection, somatic grounding and group dialogue: we believe people learn about relationships by relating, so expect participation rather than a lecture.
Their practice blends trauma-aware and attachment-informed work with decolonial perspectives and playful creativity, always centring inclusivity, relational honesty and critical imagination.
